So this is my blog. Its for me and you and you and you and you too! Its about my journey, and your journey. The title, "Heart-Mind" is a translation of a Sanskrit word, "citta." The journey is the path, and the path is life, no where to run, no place to hide. I will write when I feel its right, I hope that you find something here that helps open your heart-mind.
